Eichleay was responsible for the detailed design and engineering for ten fermentation tanks to increase the winery’s red fermenting capacity by 85,000 gallons, as well as a Whole Cluster Conveying System.
Scope of the projects included the must piping from the Crush Pit to the new tankage, conveyor design, chilled water, a process waste drainage system, concrete foundations, aluminum catwalks, pipe supports, process utility stations, an electrical load study, and tie-ins to the winery power system.
